Job Overview:
IQVIA eCOA Logistics is excited to offer you the ability to make important impact within the life sciences industry. We are looking for the right candidate to provide global shipping oversight and continue to build within our growing team. This role will lead digital health import and export activities.
Manages eCOA global shipment accounts including facilitation of import/export requirements in support of global clinical trials. Establishes goals and objectives for team(s) and tracks and delivers on operational/financial performance. Participates in the broader family's planning process; establishes long-mid range goals and plans; and coordinates activities with other managers and their respective sub-families.
Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with PM/Sponsor teams coordinate import/export activities with 3PL
- Maintain and communicate standard global shipping lead times to support project planning
- Ensure specified service level standards are achieved
- Collaborates cross functionally with broader clinical team to ensure project device logistics scope are clearly captured and delivery expectations are set with key stakeholders appropriately
- Supports project specific deployment plan and tracks full cycle service delivery accordingly
- May be required to perform duties outside working hours. This will be managed according to the applicable country legislation.
- Assist management with oversight of eCOA shipping accounts.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 3 years of import/export oversight, ideally with clinical project delivery
- Experience within Life sciences, pharma industry
- Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
- Efficient with Microsoft office suite with focus on Excel
