Job Overview

The Project Manager supports the successful delivery of moderately complex projects by validating project scope, plans, and schedules. In this role, you will follow established success metrics while also contributing ideas for improvement. You will work within defined standards, including delivery processes, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate project scope, plans, and timelines for moderately complex projects while ensuring alignment with success metrics.
  • Contribute to and apply established standards such as delivery processes, roles and responsibilities, operational practices, and compliance guidelines.
  • Identify potential risks to project or program success and escalate them to management as needed.
  • Support the management of project delivery, including scope, timelines, and costs, under general supervision to ensure successful completion.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support the execution of communication plans.
  • Assist in managing change by assessing project impacts, building awareness, and supporting organizational readiness, including training efforts.
  • Evaluate project outcomes against defined success metrics and recommend or implement improvements to processes, resources, or solutions.
  • Consistently deliver team reporting and support performance tracking through established metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software and/or product development environments.
  • Project management education and relevant experience.
