So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed?
- Provide excellent customer service to our valued and honored guests.
- Utilize Property Management System to access guest information and retrieve reservation details.
- Receive requests and process reservations within established guidelines
- Receives and is accountable for a change in fund. Prepare close bank report and deposits cash receipts at the end of each shift in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform a variety of administrative:
- Print various reports
- Ran various reports
- Answer phones calls
- Trickster calls** **
- Reply to guest inquiries and log calls
The Qualifiers:
- One (1) year of general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily.
- One (1) year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled.
- Study completed in a college, university, or junior college above the high school level may be substituted on the basis of one-half academic year of study for 6 months of experience.
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
· Be available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight and holidays.
