About the Role
AirOps is defining how modern teams win in AI-driven search — and we’re building the enterprise revenue engine to match. We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise AE team: coach top-tier talent, drive pipeline rigor, and shape how we sell an evolving product into a market that’s changing in real time.
This is a true player-coach seat. You’ll be in the details on live deals and in the craft on rep development while building the operating cadence that helps a team consistently exceed targets.
What You’ll Own

Day-to-day leadership of a team of Enterprise Account Executives: performance management, skill development, and execution excellence

Pipeline quality and forecast accuracy: own the operational discipline within your segment

Consistent execution across discovery, solution design, demos, and late-stage deal management

Recruiting, onboarding, and developing world-class sales talent

Cross-functional partnership with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product to align strategy and improve conversion rates
What We’re Looking For

3 to 7+ years of closing experience in SaaS or AI and automation technologies, with 1 to 3+ years managing AEs

Strong coaching muscle: you elevate performance through feedback, frameworks, and live deal work

Highly analytical approach to pipeline management and forecasting

Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quota
