Are you a strong people leader with a passion for commercial excellence, customer engagement, and strategic execution? We are looking for a Sales Manager, Vaccines to lead a field-based sales team and drive business growth across our vaccines portfolio.
In this role, you will play a critical part in translating strategy into action—building capability, sharpening execution, and ensuring our teams deliver meaningful impact across the healthcare landscape. What you’ll do?
As Sales Manager, Vaccines, you will:
- Lead and inspire a field sales team to deliver high performance, accountability, and a positive team culture
- Build a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute data-driven territory plans to maximize field effectiveness and business outcomes
- Partner on territory design and resource allocation to ensure the right focus on the right customers
- Drive omnichannel cycle planning to strengthen customer engagement across channels
- Lead segmentation, targeting, and persona development to ensure tailored and effective field execution
- Coach the team on sales call excellence, competitive selling, account management, and emotional selling
- Build field capabilities through training, field coaching, and onboarding
- Implement and optimize sales tools, CRM systems, dashboards, and digital enablement platforms
- Monitor performance through KPIs, analytics, and insights , and turn data into action
- Manage SIP target setting, tracking, and payout responsibility in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Digital, and Data teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution
- Act as the Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer to Head Office
- Capture and share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform strategy
What we’re looking for?
Education:
- Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in health science required
Experience:
- 5 + years’ experience in sales or sales management, ideally within vaccines or other related pharmaceutical environment
- Experience in Sales Operations or Sales Excellence is highly desirable
Skills and strengths:
- Strong knowledge of the Hungarian vaccines field
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams in:
- Sales call model
- Competitive selling
- Account management
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve territory and team performance
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Confident influencing skills in a matrix organization
- Strong customer orientation and a genuine focus on delivering value
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate and energize others
- Proficiency with Veeva or similar CRM tools , digital sales platforms, dashboards, and data analysis tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
