Manufacturing Manager

To lead and oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for aligning production goals with business objectives, optimizing resource utilization, maintaining safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and control manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and staff to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications by enforcing quality control procedures and collaborating with the Quality department.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
• Work closely with departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality to align production goals with company objectives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience: At least 3 years in the Manufacturing departments
Skills: Teamwork, verbal and written communication, leadership
Initial training:
- Use and management of the QMS (Quality Management System)
- Use and management of MP8 for systems and maintenance
- Knowledge of departmental goals and objectives
- Understanding of current and future departmental needs
- Use and management of TRESS software
- Use and management of the medical department system
