FP&A Manager - Global

at Legora

About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to$100M+ in ARR , with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • Wegrow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

As FP &A Manager at Legora, you will play a central role in strengthening and scaling our financial planning capabilities as we grow globally. You will join a high-performing finance team and help deepen how we budget, forecast, model scenarios, and measure performance across revenue, opex, and headcount.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role: you will improve existing foundations while building new structures as complexity increases. Your work will shape capital allocation, hiring plans, product investment decisions, and international expansion. This role is about turning ambition into numbers we trust, then using those numbers to drive clearer decisions. The quality of our planning and performance visibility will directly influence how efficiently and intelligently we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Run and continuously improve our company-wide budgeting and rolling forecast processes

  • Build and refine scalable financial models that reflect the underlying economic drivers of the business

  • Develop long-range planning and scenario frameworks to support strategic and operational decisions

  • Help define KPI structures and dashboards that make performance transparent across teams

  • Partner with leaders on pricing, hiring plans, product investments, and market expansion decisions

  • Identify risks and opportunities early, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Drive automation and systems improvements across forecasting and reporting workflows

Who You Are

  • You have experience improving or scaling budgeting and forecasting processes, ideally in a growing company

  • You bring advanced financial modeling skills, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis

  • You combine analytical depth with sound commercial judgment, and you connect numbers to decisions

  • You are effective partnering with cross-functional leaders and supporting decision-making at pace

  • You communicate clearly and move from insights to actions and follow-through

  • You show strong analytical judgment and attention to detail, and you raise the bar for financial rigor while staying pragmatic
