About the Role
You will shape and lead Cigna Hong Kong’s product and customer proposition strategy across individual and group businesses. Working across local and international teams, you will drive market‑relevant, financially sustainable solutions in a fast‑evolving environment where priorities may shift and coordination across a matrix organization is essential.
What You’ll Do

Define and deliver a product and proposition strategy that strengthens market positioning and drives sustainable growth.

Lead the Customer Proposition team to embed medical cost management into portfolio strategy and ensure measurable savings outcomes.

Align health services strategy across individual and group products, ensuring consistency with market, regulatory, and customer needs.

Identify and implement product, policy, and process improvements that influence key decision points in members’ health journeys.

Partner with client and commercial teams to introduce cost containment solutions while maintaining service quality and coverage.

Prioritize and secure resources for product and health service initiatives through enterprise governance and planning processes.

Build partnerships with providers and vendors to improve service integration, enhance member experience, and manage costs effectively.

Advance digital and virtual solutions to reduce reliance on high‑cost care and improve service delivery.

Track, report, and accelerate delivery of cost savings initiatives in collaboration with clinical, network, and business stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in healthcare or health insurance, with a focus on product strategy, proposition development, and cost management.

Ability to develop and execute multi‑year strategies with clear commercial outcomes.

Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, particularly in Hong Kong and Asia.

Experience working across cross‑functional and matrix environments, influencing senior stakeholders.
