Job Summary

Conduct all plant maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, systems, buildings and grounds operations.

Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coach maintenance staff; coordinate their efforts to ensure tasks are completed promptly and safely.
Maintenance and Repair : Perform or coordinate the repair of machinery and facilities; respond to emergency calls.
Planning and Scheduling : Develop and implement maintenance plans; prioritize and assign work orders
Inventory Management : Oversee the ordering, stocking, and organization of supplies, tools, and equipment
Quality & Safety: Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards
Vendor Management : Coordinate with and oversee external vendors for work that cannot be performed in-house
Troubleshooting : Use advanced troubleshooting skills to decrease equipment downtime and resolve issues.
Waste Management: Perform the wastewater treatment processes.
Other duties as assigned.
