Role Summary and Impact
We’re looking for an Account Director to work across ITV. ITV stands as a powerhouse within the UK's media landscape, widely recognised as one of the largest and most respected media owners. Their annual ATL investment of fuels a diverse portfolio of activities, encompassing high-profile show launches, strategic brand-building campaigns, and performance-driven conversion initiatives. Partnering with ITV requires a highly collaborative approach, a curious mindset, and a strong drive to deliver innovative, market-leading work that consistently pushes boundaries in media and entertainment.
This role requires a highly capable Account Director to help lead the day-to-day planning, strategic input, and client communication for ITV. The successful candidate will expertly navigate multiple concurrent demands, cultivate robust client relationships, and consistently deliver innovative, market-leading work with precision and pace. A genuinely curious mindset and a proactive desire to set new benchmarks within the media industry are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend, plan, and deliver multi- channel campaigns end-to-end for ITV, ensuring strict alignment with their strategic objectives, budget parameters, and critical launch timelines.
- Act as a strategic and operational client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth, timely communication.
- Oversee campaign implementation, optimisation, and comprehensive reporting, collaborating closely with internal teams (e.g., planning, activation, finance) to guarantee seamless delivery and maximise impact.
- Provide cutting-edge competitor and category insights, alongside regular market updates specific to the evolving media landscape (broadcast, streaming, digital video), to inform ITV's strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, meticulous budgeting, and diligent financial reconciliation for all campaigns.
- Coordinate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all workstreams are aligned, efficient, and contribute to ITV's overall success.
