Senior Manager of FP&A Revenue

at ClearFuze

Shield is looking for a Senior Manager of FP&A Revenue to help bring structure, visibility, and accuracy to how revenue is tracked across our growing portfolio of partner companies. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and systems, and is critical to ensuring that FP&A revenue data flowing into our core financial systems is clean, consistent, and reliable.

This is a highly hands-on role. You won’t just be overseeing dashboards, but working directly with portfolio companies to understand how their revenue is generated, captured, and reported, and then helping standardize and validate that data so it can scale with the business.

Quarterly travel is expected for this role. Candidates based in the New York City area are also encouraged to maintain a periodic in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with Shield portfolio companies (ShieldCos) to understand their revenue streams, systems, and reporting processes
  • Dig into ShieldCo-level data to validate accuracy, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure clean inputs into financial systems
  • Build and standardize revenue operations processes across a diverse set of partner environments
  • Act as the bridge between ShieldCo operations and internal finance, ensuring revenue data flows correctly into systems like NetSuite
  • Identify gaps in current processes and implement improvements to increase data integrity and reporting consistency
  • Support revenue-related integrations as new partners are onboarded
  • Liaise between Finance, FP&A, and Systems teams to align on reporting and forecasting needs
  • Develop scalable frameworks that can be applied across multiple partner companies with varying levels of maturity
  • Conceptualize, build, and operationalize key operational finance metrics (e.g., revenue retention, performance), and own their ongoing accuracy, consistency, and maintenance across partner companies
  • Work hands-on across multiple systems to reconcile and validate revenue data, tracing data flows end-to-end, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring clean, reliable financial reporting
  • Partner with Finance and FP&A to support strategic finance initiatives, including revenue modeling, forecasting improvements, and performance analysis across the portfolio
  • Perform hands-on data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities when necessary, helping establish scalable processes and governance as the organization grows.
  • Operate at the intersection of revenue operations, business systems, data integrity, and strategic finance

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or a related function in a multi-entity or high-growth environment
  • Strong systems knowledge (experience with NetSuite is highly preferred)
  • Comfort working across different systems and datasets with the ability to quickly understand how data flows from source to reporting
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Strong communicator who can work directly with partner company stakeholders and translate operational realities into structured data
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset and comfortability rolling up your sleeves to figure things out
  • Experience working in environments with multiple business units, acquisitions, or integrations is a plus

What Success Looks Like

  • Revenue data across partner companies is accurate, standardized, and flowing cleanly into NetSuite
  • Clear visibility into how revenue is generated and reported across the portfolio
  • Improved consistency in revenue reporting, enabling better forecasting and decision-making
  • Strong, trusted relationships with partner company leaders
