Hennepin County Public Work's Transportation Project Delivery (TPD) department is seeking a Transportation Programs Specialist to coordinate the development of Board Action Requests (BARs) and facilitate the process for coordinating procurement requisitions and vendor documentation reflecting all terms negotiated with consultants and outside agencies consistent with county purchasing rules.
