Job Description:
Qualifications & Experience:
Required
-
10+ years of progressive experience in CRM strategy, MarTech consulting, or enterprise marketing technology leadership

Proven track record of leading and winning complex enterprise RFPs, ideally $3M–$5M+ in TCV
-
Deep, hands-on expertise in two or more major CEP platforms — particularly SFMC, Braze, and/or Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe Campaign

Demonstrated knowledge of CDP platforms — Tealium, Segment, mParticle, Adobe AEP — and their role in enterprise data architectures
-
Demonstrated experience defining or delivering AI-powered CRM or MarTech use cases — including personalisation, predictive modelling, or generative AI in marketing

Ability to build and present AI business cases and value frameworks to executive and C-suite audiences

Outstanding executive storytelling and presentation skills — able to make AI and MarTech concepts accessible and compelling for non-technical decision-makers

Experience leading or mentoring cross-functional teams in a consulting, agency, or enterprise environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline

MBA or Master's degree in Marketing Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field

Prior experience in a media agency, MarTech consultancy, or CRM-focused professional services firm

Platform certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Braze Certified Practitioner, Adobe Certified Expert (AEP or Campaign)

Hands-on experience with AI decisioning platforms such as Pega, Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei, or Dynamic Yield

Familiarity with LLM-native marketing tools and prompt engineering for marketing content applications

Understanding of responsible AI frameworks, data privacy regulation (GDPR, CCPA), and AI governance in marketing contexts

Experience with CLV modelling, propensity scoring, and churn prediction in a CRM context
