Key Responsibilities :

Lead cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and guidance to stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative environment with clear communication and defined roles.
Act as the primary point of contact for Service Tower leads, Engineers and project team members
Deliver regular status updates and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Track workstream responsibilities, establish milestones, monitor progress, and escalate issues to the Program Manager as needed
Manage workstream risks, actions, issues, and decision logs; implement continuous risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges.
Primary working hours will be during standard business hours on weekdays (Eastern Time).

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven ability to lead large-scale workstreams or multiple concurrent workstreams from initiation through successful delivery

Advanced knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and best practices across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
