About This Opportunity
The Manager of Manager, HR is responsible for the cultural and organisational leadership of Kaseya’s Kraków Products & Technology site, home to 400+ technical professionals. This leader plays a pivotal role in positioning Kaseya as an employer of choice in the region, driving organisational alignment, and fostering a high-performance, globally consistent, values-driven culture.
You will partner closely with senior leadership across engineering, product, and business functions to build strong teams, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure that local execution aligns with Kaseya’s global operating principles.
What You’ll Own
HR Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Strategy
- Partner with talent acquisition to build and promote a compelling employer brand, ensuring hiring plans meet evolving product and engineering needs.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, restructures, and succession planning.
Business Partnership & Leadership Advisory
- Serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units and their senior leadership teams.
- Analyze trends and HR metrics to design proactive programs, policies, and solutions.
- Offer consultative support to leaders on performance, engagement, career paths, and organizational health.
- Drive initiatives that increase productivity, team cohesion, and long-term retention.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct effective, objective investigations while maintaining accurate, comprehensive documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Polish employment law and relevant European HR practices, minimizing legal exposure.
- Partner with global total rewards teams to implement competitive, market-relevant compensation and benefits aligned with global equity standards.
- Champion Kaseya’s position as a top-tier employer in Kraków’s competitive technology market.
- Integrate local workplace culture with Kaseya’s global values, ensuring consistency across teams and geographies.
- Collaborate with leadership and employees to strengthen work relationships, build morale, and increase retention.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years supporting technology or engineering organizations.
- Strong background operating within software development environments and familiarity with technical career frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate matrixed organisations, and lead change.
- Fluent in English and Polish (Belarusian or Ukrainian a plus).
- Deep knowledge of Polish labor law and European HR practices.
- Experience managing systems, budgets, and HR operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort balancing strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience bridging American corporate culture with European working styles.
