Training Supervisor
at Advanced Stimulation Technologies
Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs related to hydraulic fracturing operations. This role ensures that field personnel are properly trained in safety, equipment operation, and company procedures to achieve optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Essential Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing personnel, including equipment operation, safety protocols, and job-specific procedures. Conduct classroom and field-based instruction to reinforce proper techniques and performance standards. Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, observations, and practical demonstrations. Manage and oversee time for hourly training employees reporting to Superviosor. Ensure all training aligns with company safety policies, OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations. Track and maintain training records and certifications for all field employees. Develop standardized training materials, manuals, and evaluation checklists. Continuously update programs to reflect new technology, procedures, and regulatory changes. Coordinate with HR and Operations to schedule and onboard new hires. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 4+ years of experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers/scanners, and smartphones. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
