Senior Manager, Global Channel Programs

**About the Position **

The Senior Program Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of global channel programs, with primary ownership of WatchGuardOne and related partner initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Business Operations, driving scalable program design, financial alignment, and global rollout execution.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in channel program management within a global technology organization and has successfully led cross- functional initiatives that improve partner experience, accelerate recurring revenue growth, and enhance operational rigor.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong executive communication, financial acumen, and the ability to translate strategy into structured, executable programs.

Compensation

The base salary range is $140,000-$160,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits. Your base salary will be determined by your individual skills, education, and experience. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
