Job Title : Associate – QA Officer
Department/Function : INT-BUILD-EBK-MAD
Reporting to Title : Senior Manager - Deputy Head of Digital Banking
Main Objectives and Activities:
We are looking for a highly motivated QA Analyst with the skills to overlook and participate to QA activity (Design test plans, perform testing, assist Banks UAT) for one of BRED international subsidiaries.
Responsibilities/ Job Description:
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures to the new Corporate Banking solutions and subsequent new projects and Change requests
- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers. (JIRA and TFS)
- Handle relationship with all involved stakeholders (Bred-IT dev team, business representatives and software vendor) in order to resolve defects on the delivered projects and change requests.
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
- Manage and maintain testing data as well as anonymization of testing data.
- Perform initial analysis and debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source.
- Support and coordinate UAT testing activities during release cycles and ensure that all tests are conducted and documented according the standards agreed upon by the business unit and IT.
- Participate in the development of automated testing tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Language skills:
- Good command of English , both written and spoken.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT or QA role.
- Experience in defect analysis, with strong logical thinking and deductive reasoning skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with development teams and provide hands-on technical support when required.
- Good understanding of technical environments, with the ability to review logs, configurations, and system behavior.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with bank management, vendors, business users, and technical teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, manage multiple activities, and demonstrate agility in day-to-day responsibilities.
