Director, Compensation, you'll play a meaningful role in ensuring Nasdaq's
compensation programs are equitable, competitive, and aligned with our global
philosophy. You'll bring analytical rigor and subject matter expertise to
support HR Business Partners and guide sound compensation decisions across the
business.

Role Responsibilities -
As a Compensation Specialist reporting to our Senior Director, Compensation, you'll play a meaningful role in ensuring Nasdaq's compensation programs are equitable, competitive, and aligned with our global philosophy. You will bring analytical rigor and subject matter expertise to support HR Business Partners and guide sound compensation decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance and consultation to HR Business Partners on compensation programs, policies, and best practices.

Review market pricing and compensation decisions to ensure alignment with internal guidelines and our global pay philosophy.

Conduct advanced analyses and modeling to support compensation recommendations that promote equity and competitiveness.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of compensation administration guidelines and educational materials. Partner with global teams across geographies to support consistent and scalable compensation practices.
We expect you to have:

·5–8 years of overall experience, with at least 3–4 years in compensation, total rewards, or a related HR function.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models, interpret data, and communicate findings clearly.

Proven ability to partner with HR and business stakeholders across a matrixed, global organization.
Education Qualification: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
It would be great if you:
- Working towards a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or equivalent.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or a similarly regulated industry.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools or HR platforms.
- Experience in year end management cycle.
