Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for each site
- Make review and work distribution for subordinate (Structural Engineer, Planning Engineer, Project Engineer, Assistant Structural Engineer, Assistant Planning Engineer, Assistant Project Engineer)
- Arrange internal meeting and coordinate with the internal management and each department
- Manage sub-contractor and ensure project budget cost and completed on schedule
- Refer to the tender document, propose the structural emphasis and technical requirement.
- Assist the Senior Planning Manager/ Planning Manager with tender preparation
- Assist with distributing updated Buildings Ordinance or relevant information and holding technical lectures
