Mechanical Package Lead - Data Centre

UGL is growing its Data Centre business and is seeking an experienced a Mechanical Package Lead to help deliver some of Australia's most significant data centre projects in Melbourne.
Working within UGL's integrated delivery model alongside CPB Contractors, you'll support the delivery of critical mechanical infrastructure from design through to commissioning, helping clients achieve certainty of delivery, performance and operational readiness. UGL's data centre capability is underpinned by global expertise from ACS Group, HOCHTIEF, Turner and Leighton Asia, providing access to world-class knowledge and career opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the mechanical package across design, procurement, construction and commissioning
- Drive technical coordination of HVAC, chilled water and critical cooling systems
- Manage key stakeholder, consultant and subcontractor interfaces
- Identify and manage technical risk, design optimisation and value engineering opportunities
- Champion safety, quality and high-performance project outcomes
About You
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications & Data centre experience highly regarded
- Proven experience leading major mechanical packages on mission-critical projects or large-scale building construction.
- Strong background in HVAC, cooling infrastructure and commissioning
- Experienced managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments
