The role

We are looking for a Content Writer who can make Legora's communication stand out. This is a writing role first and foremost for someone who loves the craft, has a strong editorial voice, and can turn complex ideas into clear, sharp, human writing that cuts through.

You will work at the intersection of Brand, Product Marketing and International Marketing, translating product capabilities and market context into compelling copy across client-facing touchpoints, campaigns and content. You will write a lot, across formats and contexts, and you will care deeply about every word.

This is a role for someone who gets energy from writing: from finding the right angle, the right tone, the right words, and who can do that consistently at pace and to a highest standard.

The responsibilities

Writing & copy. Produce high-quality writing across formats, client communications, campaign copy, web, social, long-form content and more. Own the words from first draft to final output.

Client communication. Write and elevate client-facing communication across touchpoints. Clear, warm, sharp and always on brand. Fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality.

Tone & style. Bring Legora's voice to life consistently, human-first, distinctive and free of AI sameness. Push back when writing doesn't meet the bar.

Storytelling. Turn product complexity and market context into narratives that are easy to read and hard to forget. Make the complicated feel clear and the dry feel interesting.

Editorial quality. Uphold a high bar across everything that goes out. Edit and refine your own work and contribute to raising the standard across the team.

Playbooks & guidelines. Contribute to writing guidelines and tone of voice documentation that help the wider team write consistently and well.

Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with Product Marketing and International Marketing to ensure copy is accurate, relevant and adapted where needed for different markets and audiences.

AI-enabled workflows. Use AI tools to speed up drafting and iteration, but always bring your own voice, judgment and editorial instinct to the final output.

What we are looking for

You are an exceptional writer. That is the most important thing. You have a strong, clear voice, sharp instincts for tone, and the ability to adapt your writing to different contexts without losing quality or distinctiveness.

You have a background in journalism, copywriting or editorial work, and are comfortable writing quickly and well under pressure.

You are a prolific writer who takes pride in output, you produce a lot, you edit ruthlessly, and you are never satisfied with good enough.

You are curious and deeply interested in language: in finding the right word, the right rhythm, the right angle. You read widely and it shows in your writing.

You are collaborative and receptive to feedback, and comfortable working closely with brand, product and marketing teams.

You are organised and able to manage multiple briefs at once, hitting deadlines without letting quality slip.

Experience and background

Experience. 5+ years in writing, journalism, copywriting or editorial roles, ideally within tech, SaaS or a complex domain where clarity really matters.

Writing portfolio. A strong body of work that demonstrates range, voice and the ability to make complex topics accessible and engaging.

Journalistic foundation. Trained or experienced in journalism or editorial work, you know how to research, structure an argument and write to deadline.

Tone & voice. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a distinctive tone across different formats and audiences.

AI-native. You use AI tools to work faster, but your voice and editorial judgment are always in the driver's seat.

Collaboration. Comfortable working cross-functionally, taking briefs from different teams and turning them into great writing.

Ownership. You take a brief and run with it. You don't need hand-holding to produce excellent work.
