The City of Elk River is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain City facilities, mechanical systems, equipment, and grounds. This is a full- time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with adjusted summer hours. Responsibilities include HVAC and building systems maintenance, general repairs, groundskeeping, snow removal, and facility upkeep.
