Junior HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team and support daily HR operations. This position will assist the HR Specialist in performing regular HR administrative and operational tasks for the U.S. market, ensuring smooth onboarding, data accuracy, and compliance across all processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to grow in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Specialist in onboarding and offboarding processes for U.S.-based employees;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems and trackers;
- Enroll new employees in benefit platforms, including insurance and pension plans, and remove employees from these platforms during the offboarding process;
- Conduct background checks for new hires using designated verification platforms;
- Keep detailed onboarding and termination trackers current at all times;
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve workflows and ensure timely completion of HR tasks;
- Perform other HR-related administrative duties as assigned by the HR Specialist.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 1 year of experience in huma resources, data entry, or related administrative roles;
- Advanced written and verbal English skills are a must;
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), are a must;
- Strong attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work in a full-time office position (15:00-23:00) and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience with HR platforms, background check systems, or benefit enrollment tools is a plus.
