The Production Team Leader helps lead daily manufacturing operations at Hope Network Industries by supporting production staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership while helping individuals develop valuable workplace skills in a mission-driven organization.
What You'll Do

Lead and support daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals

Train, coach, and mentor production workers and trainers to ensure success on the production floor

Monitor workflow, production rates, and quality standards while identifying opportunities for improvement
-
Complete production documentation, end-of-shift reports, and maintain accurate production records
-
Maintain organized inventory, coordinate materials, and help prevent production downtime
-
Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following OSHA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and 5S initiatives
-
Operate production equipment and assist with troubleshooting production challenges
-
Collaborate with Production Coordinators and team members to solve problems and improve efficiency

What You Bring
Preferred:

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience

Leadership, trainer, or team lead experience

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

Experience working in a manufacturing environment with quality and productivity standards

Ability to perform production worker and trainer responsibilities

Strong communication, math, and organizational skills

Ability to work safely while standing, moving, and lifting throughout the shift

Ability to maintain production standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
