ACCIONA, in Infrastructure, is currently looking for a Claim and Variation Engineer for MCRP02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines

Job Description

Cost Control & Budget tracking

Revenue, Variations and VO Identification and management

Contractual strategy & claims management (including CIACs if required)

Schedule control linked to payments and EOTs

Subcontractor commercial management (back to back, VOs, claims, risk containment)

Client commercial interface & JV interest protection

Required Skills and Competencies

Civil Engineer with at least 3yrs of relevant work experience in Construction

Experience in risk management

Knowledge of construction methods, materials and VO & claims procedures

Strong organizational and communication skills

Willing to foster a good relationship with the client and manage to get approval of change orders
