About Osmind
Osmind is a technology, services, and data company focused exclusively on psychiatry. We serve 800+ independent psychiatry practices across 49 states with a purpose-built EHR, software solutions, and managed services. We're a San Francisco–based Series B Public Benefit Corporation backed by DFJ Growth, Future Ventures, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator.
We’re growing rapidly and are launching a brand new platform. This is a rare opportunity to shape its technical foundation while making a significant impact on patients, clinicians, and researchers.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to be a core member of our Product Engineering team—writing code every day while driving architecture decisions, mentoring senior engineers, and partnering with Product and Clinical teams to build software that directly improves patient outcomes.
Some candidates may see the list above and feel discouraged because they don't match all the items. Please apply anyway: there's a good chance you also have important skills we’ve missed! We are committed to diversity and building an equitable and inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and experiences, and we're taking steps to meet that commitment. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, underrepresented people of color, LGBTQ+ people, veterans, and people with disabilities.
