Performs semi-skilled labor such as constructing catch basins, pouring sidewalks, and laying storm-water pipes. Assists in setting up and taking down work zones. Flag traffic for work zones. Assists in emergency and inclement weather operations; may include being available for extended work hours and/or 12-hour shifts.
