Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have an opening at our Long Branch, NJ location.

Pay: $16.50 / Hour

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for inspection and cleaning of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.
- Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time and extent of repairs throughout the building.
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies
- Snow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter months
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
