ServiceNow Consultant - Top Secret SCI + Polygraph Clearance Only!

Main responsibilities

The Candidate must possess an active Top Secret SCI + Polygraph Clearance. Candidate will not be considered without it.
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform
Implement configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and facilitate the rollout of new modules and configure Application UI and workflow
Familiar with creating and promoting update sets throughout SDLC
Perform unit testing and assist with quality assurance as needed.
Support the team in ServiceNow operations such as User/ Group administration, reporting, metrics, SLAs, etc.
Collaborate effectively with ServiceNow colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions and execute changes
Support and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow and through external reporting solutions to support the customer's requirements
Communicate with the customer in non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions
Prepare and maintain up to date documentation (requirements/design/test/as- built application architecture) for internal and external customers
Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge within the team

Desired Skills

Experience working with API-based data sources
ServiceNow certification.
Experience testing web-based applications – both manual and automated.
Experience with functional, regression and load/performance testing.
Experience with relational databases.
