**CDL Recruitment Bonus! **
You may qualify for a one-time recruitment bonus up to $5,000 if you have a Class “A” CDL License (preferably with no transmission restrictions) at time of hire. You must maintain 12-month of continuous employment with TxDOT and meet all other conditions. Current and Previous permanent employees (does not include Summer Internships) do not qualify for the Recruitment Bonus. CDL Training Available!
We offer company sponsored CDL training with $0 upfront monetary commitment. Earn your full salary while training with lodging, transportation and per diem provided if necessary. **Salary Plan/Grade: **
- Roadway Maintenance Tech/Trans Maintenance Tech I: A16 ($40,918.00 – $61,130.00/yearly)
- Roadway Maintenance Tech/Trans Maintenance Tech II: A17 ($42,976.00 – $64,469.00/yearly)
- Roadway Maintenance Tech/Trans Maintenance Tech III: A18 ($45,521.00 – $71,055.00/yearly)
