About you
• Significant experience in a senior HSE role within utilities, energy, infrastructure or another high-risk operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, management systems, critical risk management and assurance practices.
• Proven experience leading investigations, audits and assurance activities that drive measurable safety improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach, challenge and influence operational leaders at all levels.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of HSE outcomes across a multi-site operational portfolio.
