Program Specialist IV (SharePoint Specialist)
This position performs highly complex (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance work, including business analysis, provides support for the maintenance of DWC procedures, correspondence, and form development processes, and assists with solutions on DWC SharePoint sites. Work also involves working with programs to review, assess, and document their business process requirements to assist in the development of SharePoint workflow processes. Helps ensure SharePoint integrity and governance standards are followed. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

This position:
• Provides support for the development of SharePoint processes, including the creation, management, and documentation of program area sites. Makes process improvement recommendations, provides support, and gains approval prior to implementation.
• Assists DWC programs in developing or enhancing SharePoint team sites and business process workflows in SharePoint. Assists in the review of current business processes, procedures, and work instructions and assists with moving those processes into the SharePoint environment.
• Assists the program with information technology projects by recommending business, functional, and design requirements associated with SharePoint and the legacy system replacement projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
