Are you an energetic, innovative leader with a Maverick spirit? We are seeking a Complex Director of Food & Beverage to oversee the culinary and beverage operations for Sable at Navy Pier, Lirica, and Offshore Rooftop--the world's largest rooftop bar.

This role requires a visionary leader who can drive revenue and thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and is passionate about elevating guest experiences.

What You 'll Do:

• Lead & Innovate - Develop and execute cutting-edge F&B concepts that enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Deliver Excellence - Ensure world-class service, quality, and consistency across multiple venues.
• Inspire & Develop Teams - Foster a high-performing culture, mentor talent, and lead with passion.
• Optimize Operations - Oversee budgets, P&L, cost control, and compliance while maximizing efficiency.
• Curate Culinary & Beverage Experiences - Partner with chefs and beverage teams to create trend-forward menus and engaging dining experiences.
• Engage & Elevate - Build guest loyalty through personalized service, innovation, and memorable experiences.
