Property Claims Adjuster

This role reports directly to the Property Team Leader Iberia
Responsibilities:

Evaluate, investigate, and manage Property & Tech Lines claims effectively and efficiently.

Coordinate the collection and analysis of the necessary documentation for claims processing.

Interact with clients, insured parties, and brokers to obtain relevant information for claims investigation.

Make decisions regarding coverage of claims and payment of settlements.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders involved in the claims process.

Meet established deadlines and quality protocols in claims management.

Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting, legal and risk engineering, to resolve disputes and assess risks.

Prepare detailed reports on claims and present recommendations for their future management.

Stay updated on trends and changes in insurance regulations and claims handling.

University degree in law, business administration, insurance, engineering or a related field.

Good level of English (spoken and written).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management, preferably in the Property area.

Solid knowledge of insurance regulations and standards.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in computer tools and claims management software.
