The Unit Secretary provides clinical and reception support in the Emergency Department. Manages supply procurement, receipt and storage for the unit as directed by the charge nurse, manager and or director. Enters orders/tests accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

  • High School or GED equivalent
  • American Heart Association BLS card
  • 1 year in hospital or nursing home setting preferred
  • Excellent human relations skills.
  • Medical terminology, communication and customer service skills
