Role Summary and Impact
As a Senior Planner,
you will have the responsibility to manage the business need of the accounts
that will be assigned to you. You will also have the responsibility to drive
business development for both existing and potential clients of the
agency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Established a good working relationship with key stakeholders (internal and
client teams)

• Identified new opportunity to grow business handled

out the relevant account playbooks to ensure that handling of the accounts is
of good standard
• Set internal KPIs for accounts managed

accountability on the revenue targets set for your accounts
In twelve

• Have majorly contributed to the successful launch of the brands
handled
• Achieved 100% of revenue targets set for your accounts

Proposed and acquired new sources of revenue to help achieve the annual
targets of the team.
Responsibilities of the role:
A.
Primary point of contact for account assignments
• Acquires,
understands/processes and cascades briefs received from clients
• Works
with strategists and specialists to ensure that the output of the agency meet
or exceed client expectations
• Presents, defends or justifies, alongside
strategists and specialists, the output of the agency
• Drives and captures
agreements during meetings
• Ensures that smooth relationship is maintained
with the different stakeholders of the assigned accounts
B. Senior
Integrated Planner who ensures that deliverables for clients are met on time,
in scope and within agreed upon costs
• Manages projects pre, during and
after campaign
• Ensures that hours rendered by the team members are
compensated for
• Diligently monitors achievement of revenue targets and
account receivables/payables
• Performs administrative work, as required,
to manage the business
C. Looks after the interests of the account
•
Has an excellent understanding of the accounts/brands being handled
• Has a
good grasp of the competitive landscape where the accounts/brands are playing
in
• Diligently studies the consumer and digital landscape relevant to the
business of the assigned accounts/brands
• Proactively shares
“opportunities to win” to assigned accounts/brands
D. Looks after the
interests of the agency
• Spots opportunities for business growth

Protects agency intellectual property for services rendered
• Ensures
smooth relationship between the agency and client

Skills and
Experience
Education
Candidate must possess at
least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably of a business or research-
related course
Work Experience
At least 3-4 year’s work
experience including digital media function
Required
Competencies:
(Knowledge, Skills and Attitude)
• Experience in
advertising, public relations/communications, marketing or any similar
field
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• MS
Office Skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and numerical
skills
• Client servicing skills
• Has a good grasp of the Philippine
digital media landscape; capable of using tools such as ComScore, Similar Web,
Effective Measure for audience planning
• Strong project management skills
– ability to manage multiple projects and accounts
• Can work with minimal
supervision
• Team player, and ability to work under pressure
•
Experience in performance and programmatic media planning would be an
advantage
Others:
• Knowledge in digital programmatic
buying and coding is a plus
