*D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Corporate Paralegal*. The right candidate will work as part of a team to provide legal and administrative support to the Corporate Legal team. This is a professional position that interacts with senior attorneys and senior management.

The right candidate will have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented. We offer hands-on training for internal software applications, but we expect strong working knowledge of Office Word Suite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Entity Formation, Dissolutions, Compliance, Annual Reports and State Filings
• Draft Board and Officer Resolutions
• Maintain Electronic Records
• Organize and Maintain Corporate Minute Books in Digital Format
• Assist with SEC and NYSE Filings
• Assist with Proxy Statements and Annual Stockholder Meetings
• Administrative and Clerical Support to Corporate Legal Team
• Other Corporate Duties as Assigned
