Job Title: Sr. Service Engineer-Service

Location: Rampura Aghucha, HZL
Experience: Minimum 10 years.
Industry: Mining & Construction equipment, HEMM OEM.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

1. Technical Troubleshooting & Maintenance

  • Lead hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting of HEMM and mining equipment.

  • Ensure timely breakdown resolution to minimize equipment downtime.

2. Failure Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and recurring issues.

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

3. Safety, Risk & Compliance

  • Identify hazards and perform risk assessments as per site requirements.

  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, SMPs, and OEM safety standards with zero tolerance for safety violations.

4. Team & Resource Management

  • Lead and manage a workforce of approximately 50 personnel and 30 HEMM units.

  • Allocate manpower and equipment efficiently to meet operational targets.

5. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary interface with the customer during critical and high-pressure situations.

  • Ensure professional communication and timely reporting to management and client representatives.

  • Strong knowledge of HEMM and mining equipment systems

  • Hydraulic and electrical diagnostics
