Conduit

Equipment Operator

at Texas Department of Transportation

Be part of the Lubbock District Bridge Program’s success in improving Bridge Condition Scores (BCS) and completing follow-up actions (FUAs). We’re looking for someone who takes safety seriously—especially when setting up traffic control—and brings a strong work ethic to the field. In this role, you’ll perform hands-on bridge and culvert maintenance work, using your skills, judgment, and problem-solving ability to develop practical solutions on-site. This position also requires operating heavy equipment as needed to complete projects efficiently and safely. If you enjoy working outdoors, taking initiative, and contributing to critical infrastructure improvements, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
