Manager, Business Operations & Analytics

Position Overview:
MCRA is seeking a Manager, Business Operations & Analytics to join our team.
This role is critical to supporting leadership with accurate, actionable data
and improving how we manage and use information across the business. The ideal
candidate will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the
ability to not only manage data but also identify gaps, improve processes, and
drive more effective decision-making. This individual will work closely with
cross-functional teams to strengthen reporting, streamline operations, and
enhance overall business performance. The role will also have direct
management responsibility for an Operations Analyst.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear, accurate, and
timely insights for leadership decision-making.
• Create and manage structured data sources and internal databases to ensure
consistency, reliability, and scalability of reporting.
• Provide direct analytical and operational support to Executives, helping
translate data into meaningful insights.
• Manage and develop an Operations Analyst, providing guidance,
prioritization, and oversight of work deliverables.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests, primarily in Excel, while identifying
opportunities to automate and reduce repeat work over time.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a
related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in analytics
or business operations, including experience managing or mentoring team
members.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a strong focus on accuracy
and usability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint,
etc.).
• Ability to quickly understand business needs, stay organized, and manage
multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work
across teams.
• High attention to detail and strong prioritization skills, with a focus on
delivering reliable data and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a
related field.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft or similar ERP
platforms.
• Experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake or similar cloud
data warehouse solutions, including supporting centralized data environments
that enable consistent, reliable reporting across systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and automation tools (Power Automate,
Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
• Experience in a professional services environment.
