The Newport Beach Municipal Operations Department seeks a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Senior Management Analyst assigned to Trash & Recycle. This position will oversee the development of the Trash & Recycle Division work plan and methods; assign work activities, projects and programs; monitor the work of contractors performing refuse collection work for the City; and implement policies and procedures and develop new or modified systems, policies and procedures.
