We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to support the day‑to‑day delivery of our accounts payable function. This role plays a key part in ensuring supplier invoices are accurately processed and paid on time, while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
Why This Role Matters
You’ll help ensure our suppliers are paid accurately and on time, supporting business continuity and maintaining trusted partnerships. This role also strengthens financial controls by ensuring processes, approvals and policies are consistently followed.
What You’ll Do
Compile and process invoices owed to suppliers and other organisations
Validate supplier invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy Perform
invoice to PO matching, ensuring approvals and procedures are followed
Verify purchase order details and interpret Levels of Authority
Maintain accurate invoice and transaction records
Review vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
Work directly with vendors and internal stakeholders on queries, past due
balances and reconciliations
Process payments via EFT
Support credit card administration and reconciliations
Identify and escalate issues or process gaps to improve efficiency and
compliance
