As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you 'll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development -- helping create comebacks every day.
What You 'll Do
- Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
- Support community outings, transportation, and activities
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
What We 're Looking For
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and ability to build trust
- Adaptable, patient, and resilient
- Person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences
What You Bring
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
Required:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
