Job Description:

Responsibilities • Own end‑to‑end Cvent event builds, from straightforward single‑event programs to complex, multi‑day and multi‑session events • Configure and maintain Cvent registration paths, agendas, sessions, attendee types, and related event components with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Serve as a technical partner to the ESE team by translating event requirements into well‑structured, scalable Cvent builds • Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders and event strategists to ensure builds align with event goals, timelines, and attendee experience expectations • Perform quality checks and troubleshooting across Cvent builds to proactively identify and resolve configuration, data, or user‑experience issues • Ensure accurate attendee and event data flow across connected systems by validating inputs, outputs, and post‑event records • Support post‑event reporting by ensuring clean, reliable event data that enables accurate analysis and insights • Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and build standards to promote consistency across events • Identify opportunities to improve Cvent build efficiency, templates, and best practices for the ESE team • Act as a senior operational resource, providing guidance and support to junior team members on Cvent builds and event execution standards • Provide accurate and informative RFP reports for event venue comparison utilizing vendor data and ESE templates Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 3 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred • Experience working with global, diverse teams and effectively navigating cross-cultural collaboration. • Strong understanding and adept proficiency of Cvent; platform certifications of technical acumen preferred • Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM and ClickUp or other marketing management system • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and PowerBI is good to have • Experience with vendor invoicing management • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Well-motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and client-service skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across teams and geographies
