Food Services Supervisor

Supervises the activities of inmate kitchen workers. Coordinates the preparation and cooking through the supervision of inmate kitchen worker cooks and helpers. Responsible for the supervision of all other inmate kitchen workers in the carrying out of all their related duties under the guidance of the Director Food Services or Assistant Director Food Services. Completes tasks and projects as assigned such as conducting in-service training for Food Service personnel and inmate kitchen workers relating to the principles of proper food, sanitation, safety and hygiene.
