The lifeguard will create a safe, positive and welcoming environment while providing quality services for participants of all ages. Responsibilities include lifeguarding for pool parties, specialty swims and swim lessons.Year- round program with sessions beginning in September, January and March. Flexible shifts and schedule: Weekday morning, afternoon and evening hours. Work one day a week or multiple days. Location: Wayzata East Middle School Pool Training: Mandatory staff training is held monthly. Pre-season training is provided prior to program start dates.
