HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST Retirement Benefits Administrator The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join the Headquarters Payroll and Benefits Unit within the Office of Management and Finance, Human Resources Section. This position administers DOTD’s retirement benefits program for more than 4,200 employees and serves as the agency’s liaison to the Office of State Uniform Payroll, state retirement systems, and the Louisiana Deferred Compensation Plan.
