ENGINEER 6-DCL Hydraulic Modeling Specialist The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is seeking an Engineer 6-DCL to serve as a technical expert in hydrologic and hydraulic engineering within the Hydraulics Section. This position manages consultant contracts, supports statewide flood-control and watershed initiatives, reviews complex hydraulic models and flood-mitigation projects, and develops hydraulic designs for highway and bridge projects.
