JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST II - UTILITIES The County is seeking a skilled professional to provide technical oversight for multiple construction projects within the Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This role is part of the Utilities Engineering and Contract Management Department, which delivers critical water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure. The Construction Specialist will coordinate construction activities and serve as a key liaison among Engineers, Project Managers, and Contract Specifications Coordinators to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with design and contract requirements .
